The Kendall Camera Club is proud to present award winning photographer, Eduardo Schneider:
The idea that a photo is worth a thousand words couldn’t be more outdated! The expansion of visual media has created new challenges and rewards to those who choose to take photos to tell stories. Award-winning editorial photographer Eduardo Schneider will share his experiences that range from Capturing Stories of Success - such as the recruitment of Miami Dolphin players, to the Stories of Survivors such as those of the students of the Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School shooting. Share with Eduardo his art of “visual storytelling”.
In his presentation, Schneider will show several examples of his published work, how they came to life through collaboration with editors and art directors, and much of the techniques used to accomplish his goals.
MEET EDUARDO
"Thanks to a language arts teacher, I changed my mind from becoming a software developer into studying journalism. That seemed like a real good decision back in the 80’s, right? Well, thirty years later here I am, photographing – and designing – for magazines, developing advertising campaigns, producing films for non-profit organizations and raising two beautiful daughters. I’m grateful for the opportunity to serve, put smiles in peoples faces, celebrate my clients’ success and have a camera as my everyday tool. I’m a simple guy who does what I love for a living – and what a living that is!
