- Judge's Critique: Image is compositionally sound. The choice of monochrome, grain/noise, and high-key processing was an artistic choice. Looking at the image, I question whether or not the model has gray in her hair. The image seems to convey that, but I am not sure if the white strands/portions of her hair was not an artifact of processing. If she has gray hair or if it was an artistic choice, my speculation is irrelevant.
